Fashion varies in based on the area . Fashion means the way of dressing up. In the India fashion differs according to the state . In state has their own way of dressing. The type of dress they wear differs . Nowadays modern fashion is seen everywhere. Old fashion is now outdated . Most of the people depend on choices for selecting a dress .

History of fashion 

In the past , people used to wear dress made up of leaves  and other    materials . Later they started using different types of dress . In Rome and Egypt dresses were made in such a way that it could differentiate rich and poor .

Fashion Designing  

Fashion design is a course taught in colleges to learn more  about fashion and dressing . It helps in learning about different types of fashion . 

In general, the definition of fashion designing is -Fashion design is the art of applying design, aesthetics, clothing construction and natural beauty to clothing and its accessories.

  

History of fashion designing  

The origin of fashion designing dates as far back as 1826. Charles Frederick Worth is believed to be the first fashion designer of the world, from 1826 to 1895. Charles, who was earlier a draper, set up a fashion house in Paris.

Romans and Egyptians took great interest in their appearance and spent a lot of effort and currency on fashion and style .

A fashion trend signifies a specific look or expression that is spread across a population at a specific time and place. A trend is considered a more ephemeral look, not defined by the seasons when collections are released by the fashion industry.

To set a trend means to do something that becomes accepted or fashionable, and that a lot of other people copy.
