BA English Literature Admission 2019 starts soon at St.Teresa’s College Ernakulam. It is a dual main subject. The aim of departments of Communicative English is to give a foundation in Mass Media. It also provides an idea into various management studies such as Entrepreneurship Development, HR Management, and Public Relations. Having an awareness of the above-mentioned subjects helps students to acquire knowledge in a wider perspective.
The course module consists of the core, complementary, common and open course. The common course consists of Communication skills in English, External Oral Test, Critical Thinking etc. Core course consists of Introduction to Communication, Grammar etc. The Complementary course consists of Sociology, Evolution of literary movements. The lectures and seminars are given in theCollege to students making them aware of the power of words, how stories shape our lives. They are also encouraged, by formal and informal discussions, relate the curricular texts to their lives in the contemporary world.
