Cooking competition_ St. Teresa's College.
A cooking competition was conducted by "St.Terersas" college. This event was conducted in association with Nestle India Pvt. Ltd. It is named "Kitchen Master".
It was conducted on a virtual platform on the Google Meet. The competition was scheduled from 22nd to 26th September 2020.
Criteria of the competition
The competition was conducted in two rounds.
Round 1:
The candidates must prepare an innovative presentation of the dish using Maggi coconut milk powder.
The shortlisted candidates will be selected for the final round. The panel has selected 6 candidates for the final round.
Round 2:
The shortlisted candidates have given a time frame to prepare the dish at the Google Meet platform. The time allowed was from 11.30 p.m.. To 12.30 p.m. The date of the final round was on 26th October 2020.
The coordinator of the program was Ms. Sera Paul Thengugal. The guest of the program was Ms. Felina Eric.
The importance of kitchen master competition
The cooking competition improves the talents of the capable students. It acts as a platform to compete with other talented candidates and thereby improves them to match with industry requirements to catch the better job opportunities in their skilled areas.
